It's in excellent condition and works perfectly. We're selling it because we're moving out of province. The dual-hose configuration results in a considerably more efficient system, as the indoor air is not expelled outside and subsequently replaced by warm outdoor air. It can be controlled using a smartphone app connected via Wi-Fi, or via the included remote.
