VTech Cordless Telephone

I bought this telephone for my Mom who is in a LTC home, but she needed the speaker phone feature to hear properly, which this model apparently does not have. It's brand new- opened and plugged in but only attempted to be used once. Box is still intact with phone and base inside it. Got from Amazon. Has caller ID screen and call waiting button. Must come to my home, please.
