Very comfortable and clean. Good condition. Some areas of west/age but no rips. The seats recline and the middle goes down as a convenience table/tray for your drink and snacks, also a bottom Drawer for the remote or blanket. It’s the perfect couch for the TV room! You must have at least 2 strong men to carry it. It will not disassemble, or fit in your SUV. You will need a truck or van.
