Brown Sectional Sofa with Chaise

Spacious brown/taupe coloured sectional sofa with a chaise lounge. Upholstered in a soft fabric, it offers ample seating. It is 4 years old, and has been in a local dymon indoor storge for the last year. It's in great condition, however the fabric on the underside does have tears in it but is not visible. It's a solid couch and would need to be picked up at the storage unit with a pick up truck. Legs are removable to make moving easier. This was in a home with two small dogs. Length (w/ chaise attached is just over 7 feet It is bulky so will need two people to move but I am also able to help load it. Pick up is Dymon Storage at 70 Taunton Road
