I’m a quiet, responsible woman looking for a safe, clean and accessible long-term home. I’m looking for a self-contained studio/bachelor or 1-bedroom apartment, with a budget of up to $1,800 all-inclusive. Due to mobility needs, I require step-free access, a private bathroom and accessible laundry. I’m a non-smoker and looking for a smoke-free home or outside smoking only. I have stable monthly income, clean credit, references, first and last month’s rent, and I’m ready to move as soon as I find the right place. I’m open to locations within and outside Halton Region.
