BRAND NEW Harness and leash set

Brand new No pull harness and leash. The size is: neck 14.1"-18.1", chest 23.2"-27.1" ( go by chest size for better fit). Color is black. Front and back D-rings. Adjustable neck and chest straps with a quick release buckle. Soft padding on the inside. Leash is a stretchable no tangle 61"-67" long. Bought for $32.00 asking for 25.00. And from my experience with the harness, my dog doesn't pull any more which is great for our walks. I bought the wrong size for my dog. This harness fits a medium size dog.
