24 speed new speed selectors last year. brakes are in good condition seat is very comfortable, the marks on it are paint, not deterioration or dirt I am 5'3 female and I find the bike very comfortable but a little bit large for me. tires are in really good shape I bought this from a friend who is a professional bike mechanic. I only road it about a dozen times. has been well taken care of its whole life
