Vintage Brass Nautical Ship's Wheel Hand Bell

Vintage brass hand bell with a nautical ship's wheel handle. This gold-colored item is approximately 6.5 inches tall and 2.5 inches wide at the base. It is made of solid brass and has a textured finish on the handle portion. It is in excellent vintage condition and I have left some patina on it as I like brass best that way.
