Halara Skirt (black small)

A black skirt with a high waist and a slit on the side. The skirt is made of a soft, stretchy fabric that is comfortable to wear. It is perfect for a variety of occasions, from casual outings to more formal events. size small (2-4) Purchased and didn't return within return window. Waist height doesnt suit me, and its too long (Im 5 ft tall). Pick up only near St Lawrence Market.
