Collectible. This is the official licensed product of the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022. It's a plush toy of the mascot Bing Dwen Dwen. It has been displayed for bit so it got little dusty, then stored in a box in storage, which unfortunately messed up the box a little (see photos), but he's still charming and ready to be appreciated.
