WANTED: Barbie as Rapunzel DVD

I would like to buy the Barbie as Rapunzel DVD, I have been searching for it for years and have not been able to get a copy. I’m interested in buying only if the dvd works properly. Don’t care if it doesn’t come with the case and is only the dvd, as long as it runs well that’s all that matters. Willing to meet up somewhere that’s not too far away from me.
