Quiet, respectful tenant looking for a long-term bachelor/studio or 1-bedroom apartment within Georgetown and Halton Region. My budget is up to $1,000/month all inclusive for a self-contained apartment, or $600/month all inclusive for a large unfurnished room with private bathroom. I have proof of stable income, multiple references, first and last month’s rent, and I am looking for a clean, quiet place to call home. I am searching urgently because my current living situation has become unsafe for my health due to ongoing construction, concrete dust, noise, vibrations, and smoke entering my unit.
