UMBRELLA stand OUTDOOR XXL & heavy

this umbrella said is super heavy. I cannot lift it off the ground at all. About 2 feet in diameter. With a very tall high post that adjust for different widths of umbrellas up to very wide ones. Black could use a spray paint Mat finish not Hollow. Only one 3 inch step involved in moving it out. Elevator right at the door of my condo. Free parking in front of my condo as well Adelaide and john I have two other Umbrella stands, but they are at the Cotttage in crystal Beach not available until May.
