Independence Day (New Blu-ray)

Brand new, sealed. Relive the ultimate earth-shattering sci-fi event that redefined summer cinema: Roland Emmerich’s Independence Day. When massive alien spacecraft darken the skies above Earth’s greatest cities, global communications collapse, and coordinated laser strikes obliterate world landmarks, humanity faces total annihilation. An unlikely alliance—including hotshot fighter pilot Capt. Steven Hiller (Will Smith), tech specialist David Levinson (Jeff Goldblum), and former combat pilot President Thomas J. Whitmore (Bill Pullman)—must unite the surviving forces of the globe to launch a counter-offensive on the Fourth of July. This high-definition Blu-ray includes both the Theatrical Cut and the Extended Special Edition Cut presented in explosive DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1.
