Private Room for Rent (Church-Wellesley)

Large private room available in a shared house in a super convenient downtown location. Move-in date is March 1. The room is large, gets lots of natural light, and comes fully furnished. If you need any additional furniture, the property manager is pretty accommodating. Rent is $1,400 for one person or $1,500 for two / a couple, with utilities split among the housemates. The house is about a 10min walk to TTC Wellesley Station, with tons of places to eat, cafes, and everyday spots nearby. There’s also a grocery store less than 5min away, so day-to-day living is really easy around here. You’d be sharing the bathroom with just one male roommate, and the kitchen and living room with everyone(3ppl)—but most of the time it honestly feels like you have those spaces to yourself. We’ve enjoyed living here, but we’re moving out because of my partner’s commute, so we’re helping the property manager find the next tenant. As long as you can provide first and last month’s rent, other conditions are flexible.
