This is a very high quality and very heavy office chair. (It came from the closure of a downtown office) It is very comfortable and very supportive to sit in. The tilt mechanism works great. This chair has incredible lumbar support. This is an very comfortable office chair. The upholstery on this chair is black. The armrest is black. The back of the chair is black. The underside and the casters are black. There is some pet hair on the upholstery. Some of the upholstery has come loose on the sides. This does not affect the comfort of the chair TILT - Works great. SPIN - Works great ROLL - Very smooth roll This chair has five casters. All the casters roll very smoothly. The up down mechanism however, was broken by my son.You may be able to fix the up-down mechanism if you are mechanically inclined. (The up down was adjusted by spinning the chair) Please look at the dimensions. OVERALL DIMENSIONS: H 32" x D 20" x W 26.5" Chair Back Dimensions H 19" x W 19" Chair Seat Dimensions: (very wide seat) D 17 " x W 20.5 Armrest Height 7 " Armrest Length 14" Height Of The Seat 14.5".
