41Has some peeling of the leather along the sides where I've had the arms removed for a few years, as well as some wear on the headrest. Works fine otherwise, fairly comfortable if it isn't too big for you - replaced because I wanted a chair with arms that would fit under my desk, and the peeling with the arms off bothered me.
