This is a pink and grey Coastal Comfort Soft Wrap harness. It's a size XXS with a girth of 14"-16". It's made of mesh material for breathability. Gentle wash, cold water, line dry instructions are on the tag. I got this when my dog was almost 2 months old so only used for a few months and it sat ever since collecting dust.
