2 months only March April- den for rent

I am looking for one person strictly non smoker male / female or couple for short term. It's for two months March and April. No Parking available. This living room or den is really good and furnished with seperate closet. We have a family-like environment and shared with office going couple (they live in the seperate bedroom).. All the grocery, clothing stores and banks are within 5 minutes walk. The location is super convenient and the room is cozy. Please msg me if you are interested. Thank you 🙂
