Mermaid costume top

Handmade mermaid Halloween costume. Made of mostly upcycled materials. Corset is painted by hand with subtle scales pattern. Decorated with shells, beads, netting and other materials for a one of a kind look. Exact size is in the pictures, but can use a bra extender to customize the fit.
