This Liven electric griddle is perfect for cooking fried dumplings, pancakes, chicken wings, shellfish, pizza, omelettes, and just about anything else you can imagine. Its LED Temperature control is programmable to save time and labor. The frying pan is 11” in diameter and made of cast aluminum, with US DuPont non-stick coating on the surface to prevent scorching and sticking with less oil for healthier meals. Specs: 185°C-230°C automatic temperature control, 1.5cm-2.5cm suspension structure design can adapt to different thickness of food, can be opened to 95° or 180°C to meet different number of people. Both the upper and lower bakeware can be disassembled with one button for cleaning.
