Carbon Fibre Look Pocket Bike

Miniature motorcycle with a carbon fibre style finish. Gas-powered engine configuration. Selling as is. The chain is rusted. Bought it for 250$ from someone and it was supposed to be in working condition, I have no idea how to fix it so selling as is
