Zipper is broken, but can easily be fixed or still use without. Bag zippers into a child booster seat that attaches to a chair from the bottom and the top for security. Straps all work and are hidden when zippered up at the front of the bag. One of the safety straps is the bag strap with a shoulder pad for comfort. Has a plastic sturdy shell to help stabilize child when sitting, also protects items in the big pocket. 2 water bottle pockets on the sides and a complete multi-pocket organizer on the inside. Would even be worth just keeping as a booster seat if needing one at home or on the go.
