Bridesmaid/Grad Dress

Used once as a bridesmaid dress. As the tag says in the picture it is size 14 from David's Bridal. I believe this dress is made to be a strapless dress but used the skinny straps to hang for the picture. Therefore could probably use those as straps as well to wear.
