Upgraded GoPower GoSpeed Fat Tire E-Assist Bike

Price: $550 OBO. Location: Burnaby. Selling my GoPower GoSpeed fat tire e-bike. It rides great and handles the local Burnaby hills, but it should be treated as an e-assist bike rather than a high-powered electric moped. Just to be upfront, the bike rides and the e-assist works well, but I’m selling it as-is. At level 2, it averages around 15 km/h and can go around 30 km or longer depending on rider weight, hills, and use. The battery is older and drains quickly at higher assist levels. Brake pads need replacing, and there is some rust from storage. Note: recently brakes serviced at a bike shop. Performance Expectations: - Speed & Range: At assist level 2, it averages around 15 km/h and can go about 30+ km depending on rider weight, terrain, and use. - Hills: It provides solid assistance, but on steeper hills, expect to put in some pedaling effort. Upgrades & Features: - Hydraulic Disc Brakes: Professionally installed last year (a ~$400 upgrade). - Accessories: Includes a front basket, rear rack, upgraded ergonomic grips, and an upgraded saddle. Condition Notes (Selling As-Is): - Battery: The battery is older. It works perfectly at lower assist levels (like level 2), but pushing it to higher assist levels will drain the battery very quickly. - Cosmetics: There is visible rust from storage, particularly around the front suspension fork. - Maintenance: The bike has been in storage and would benefit from a basic tune-up/service. This is an excellent option for someone looking for a budget-friendly fat tire cruiser, or a handy rider who can give it a little service and keep it rolling. Asking $550 OBO. Open to reasonable offers, but please keep in mind that the hydraulic brake upgrade alone cost about $400 last year. Local pickup in Burnaby.
