This is a black director's chair with a mesh seat and back. Wear and tear is visible on the footrest and legs, consistent with use. Great for a diy project. Sand it down and repaint it. The points at where the feet fold are loose, so it will need to be tighten or put in new hardware to make this chair sturdy
