Purchase this skirt back in 2021. Pleated skirt. You can wear it high or low rise! Very stretchy material last time worn it was last summer. Need to iron the pleats most the time. Downsizing on my skirts as i have too many and most don’t fit as I am XXS or XS. It is like a black, cream brown colour. It true to size. But can also fit someone who size XS.
