Who it is for: This bike is for people who want a versatile full body work out exercise machine that can burn more calories. What it does: It combines the stationary bike and rower-ride exercise together. Buy one machine, you can enjoy bike riding exercise as well as assisted squat motion for a total body work out. The cycling utilizes the whisper quiet magnetic resistance wheel. The squat motion uses hydraulic resistance with different levels of intensity to achieve the total body workout to burn more calories. What else you need to know: • User weight capacity: 330 lbs • Dimensions: measures approximately 91 cm x 50 cm x 142 cm • Weight: approximately 46 lbs --- Reason for sale: I got a cooler exercise bike for Xmas, and this was just assembled and not yet used.
