Floor is solid with no soft spots. Well maintained overall. Few rips on Canvas corners but if your not picky it could easily be solved with some canvas tapes. Rfs - We are selling the house so we wont have space to park. Pick up in Wetaskiwin (25 mins away from leduc) As i live in Edmonton condo and nowhere to park.
