This Premiere window air conditioner cools approximately 300 sq. ft. It's Energy Star rated and features electronic controls. Includes 3 fan speeds and a removable air filter for easy cleaning. Minimum window height required is 14 12/16". 8000 BTU, very powerful and chilly. Comes with the gap filling side pieces.
