We are an apartment of 4 people. Our one housemate just bought her first house (Yay for her 🥳). We are looking for someone to move in on May 1st with a possibility of moving in sooner. Key Info: Room comes Unfurnished! Rent - $675 Utilities - NOT included, we split each bill 1/4. Move in Date - May 1st, 2025 Location: Oxford and Adelaide. Shared Spaces - kitchen, living room, laundry room, and storage room. Washer and Dryer available. Dish Washer available. Lease - 1 year or longer. No short-term. Safe space for 2SLGBTQIA+ Pets - currently we have one male cat who is very friendly and shy. Open to all genders.
