Unique birds print in frame

Framed unique birds print, with names of the birds written in French, in a black frame. Unfortunately can't confirm the artist name but I believe they're from Quebec. Dimensions: outer/full frame 16.75" width and 20.75" height, print/poster 12" width and 18" height.
