No smoking and or drinking restrictions but please clean after yourselves. The person staying with you is one of the best guys you might come across canada. There is a husky in the house which doesnt bother anyone and is cleaner than most dogs . Kitchen and washroom shared with 3 other guys. No overnight stay for any friends as we dont want any legal trouble. Can come checkout the place anytime you like. Room has a big tv and playstation and could be used until and unless u break it .
