2007 Honda element AWD 365k km As-is

Cars a bit of a nugget but still drives ok. Comes with 2 sets of wheels &winter &all season tires. and enkei rims (prob worth more than the car lol) Known issues: 1. Coolant reservoir cracked &needs new radiator. Otherwise needs to be topped off with water coolant once in a while. 2. Drive shaft seal on front driver side cracked slowly leaks oil. Top off every 6mths &it's fine. 3. CEL is for o2 sensor 4. Hood latch cable snapped-manually open from front of car through grill. 5. Air conditioning doesn't work but heater works awesome 6.fuel gauge is inaccurate but the low fuel light is accurate. Expect 400km per tank in mixed driving I did get new pads &rotors installed 2yrs ago &I don't drive it much still basically new. Also repaired rust on rocker panels so it's useable now. Sunroof does NOT leak. Knew engine &cabin air filters. Otherwise this is a plucky little car with crazy practicality & a lot of charm in need of a new home. Would make a great donor car too as everything still runs &seats aren't in bad shape.
