Have a cat tree house In excellent condition. Was purchased 3 months ago, my kitten isn't using the whole thing, it lay up at the very top, and thats it, won't scratch the post or the scratcher and won't lay inside the hut. Purchased for over $160 asking $120, barely used, was thoroughly cleaned very well, and comes from smoke free home.
