Chef's Companion Third Edition

Great book for working in a kitchen or culinary school. Highly recommended by chefs. This book was a lot of help to me when I worked in a kitchen and is a great book for anyone wanting to be a chef or go into culinary. Pick up in Newcastle or I can drop off in Clarington/Durham Region.
