Up for sale is a rare antique folding bed camera from the renowned Primar line by Curt Bentzin (Görlitz, Germany, circa 1920s/1930s). The front leatherette housing is clearly embossed with "BENZIN PRIMAR". This item features high-end optics and is being sold strictly AS-IS for parts, repair, restoration, or display. Shows expected cosmetic wear, scuffs, and aging on the black leatherette body covering. Glass/Housing: There is a cracked piece of glass on the outer black housing (the viewfinder/focusing element). Mechanical Condition: Untested and uncalibrated. The shutter appears to actuate/fire, but accuracy and timing have not been verified. Bellows and internal rails are untested.
