Shutter stuck ? Yashica FX-103 Program 35mm Film Camera 1980s

This is a Yashica FX-103 Program 35mm film camera. It features a Yashica ML 50mm 1:1.9 lens. I was able to test it with batteries and the light managed to turn on but no luck trying to get the shutter/ lever unstuck. I would say if you can get it serviced it looks promising or if you have skills to watch YouTube and use tools. I'm not that savey
