Complete set of 32 decorative Egyptian-style chess pieces. CHESS PIECES ONLY — NO CHESSBOARD, STORAGE BOX OR OTHER ACCESSORIES ARE INCLUDED. The set includes 16 black pieces and 16 white pieces featuring sculpted Egyptian-inspired designs. The black pieces have a striking goldstone-style metallic sparkle. Under direct or angled lighting, fine gold-coloured particles shimmer throughout the black material, creating an effect similar to golden dust. This sparkle is part of the material and is not dirt, staining or surface damage. The contrasting white pieces have a polished stone-like appearance. Included: 32 chess pieces, 16 black pieces with gold-coloured metallic shimmer, 16 white stone-style pieces. Not included: Chessboard / playing board, Wooden storage box, Original packaging, Any additional accessories. Condition: Pre-owned condition with light cosmetic and storage wear. One white rook has a small chip along the upper edge, as shown in the photographs. No other obvious major chips, cracks or repairs were observed during a general inspection. The exact composition of the pieces has not been professionally tested. The black material appears consistent with black goldstone or aventurine-style glass. The exact material of the white pieces is unknown. No claim is made that the pieces are natural obsidian, marble or another specific gemstone.
