This is a hand-painted Mexican, most likely TALAVERA ceramic tumbler/small vase with vibrant floral design. The vibrant colours of cobalt, green, yellow, and orange are both flat and raised on the piece. It is signed on the bottom and sits 5” tall and 2.5” wide.
