Hamilton Beach Quad Slot Toaster (some slots not working)

Two slots on the right aren't working for some reason; they don't seem to stay down and start heating anymore, but the other half works nicely. Works nicely even for larger or thicker slices of bread or bagels. Has a defrost setting, also a setting for bagels which toasts only one side!
