This is the Terasic DE1-SoC Development and Education Board. It features an Altera Cyclone V FPGA with an 800MHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor. It has 64MB SDRAM and 1GB DDR3 memory. Includes USB, Ethernet, and VGA ports.
