Large Decorative Persian-style Rug (Brown/Cream/Tan)

Hi Neighbour! Looking for a way to make your home feel warm and cozy? I’m selling my large, beautiful Persian-style rug with intricate floral design in rich brown with cream and tan borders and decorative central medallion. It's a big one, about 13 ft x 9.8 ft (397 cm x 300 cm), roughly the size of a standard 10x13, so it fits a large living room, dining room or open-concept space. I'm selling because I live in a condo and this wouldn't fit even if I tried. I do love this one though for quality and durability. I'd love for this to go to someone or family who'll get good use out of it instead of storage NOT collecting dust :P Asking $500 :) SPECS - Size: 397 cm x 300 cm (about 13 ft x 9.84 ft) - Colour: brown with cream, tan and sage accents - Machine-made, heatset polypropylene, made in Turkey (TTT Collection, design 2211) - Dense weave, listed at 1.5 million points per square metre - Per the label: moth proof, easy to clean, colourfast, antistatic, water repellent - Condition: Like brand new - Smoke-free and pet-free home - I used to brush and clean monthly and vacuum weekly Here is a link to the product for more tech info: You're welcome to come look at the item first before you decide, no pressure! I am downtown TO (Spadina/Gardiner) but pick-up would have to be around Steeles and McCowan area. I am motivated to sell as it taking up space in garage so I am open to reasonable offers. Unfortunately and fortunately, it is weather proofed and wrapped in plastic to maintain its condition so it cannot be unravelled until you lay it down! Cash or e-transfer please. ***PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK SIZE OF YOUR VEHICLE TO TRANSPORT AND BRING A HELPER TO UNLOAD*** I can help you load it. Message me anytime to set up a time.
