Current height in video 7ft. Able to go up a bit more if you adjust the base. Great little right light, barely used, only for a few self tapes years back. 3 modes and 8 settings for each. Just missing one of the phone holding side holders. I’m going to keep my eye out for it in the mean time. Anymore questions lmk
