This brushed nickel ceiling fan from the Belcarra collection has two adjustable rotating heads with three blades each. It's UL listed for damp locations and comes with a remote control. The fan is approximately 13 inches in diameter. ** Used about a month, had to move & I'm not allowed to switch, move or install anything different, so there is nothing wrong functioning issue for being sold ** it's a GREAT fan 👍
