This is honestly such a practical sofa for a condo or smaller apartment — it looks like a regular 2-seater sofa but easily pulls out into a bed for guests. It also has built-in storage underneath, which is super convenient for keeping blankets, pillows, bedding, etc. The muted yellow-green/olive colour is really cute in person and easy to style with neutral decor.
