Brand new with tags. Colour is true to the model photo - gorgeous emerald green, with super flattering cut & ruching to create a perfect silhouette. While the dress is brand new, there is a bit of fabric pulling / fuzziness around the neckline due to the nature of the fabric & the dress rubbing on things while being in storage. Very minor and not noticeable when worn (especially if hair is worn down). Extremely subtle fuzziness in the body of the dress - only visible in very specific lighting, and not at all noticeable when worn. Last 4 photos in the listing show how minor this is.
