EUC Convertible Crib/Toddler Bed WITH Mattress!

The crib is a Dream on Me Synergy Mod, 5-in-1, and the mattress is a Dream on Me, 6" inner coil crib and toddler mattress. Over $200 value for the crib and mattress! Excellent used condition since our son rarely slept in it. He's outgrown it now and it's only been used a few times! A small, half-rail can be purchased separately for use between the crib/bed stages, but it is not required.
