Also has two brand new wheels on the front and I've even kept the older back wheels as spare parts which are included with the sale. .Front steering wheels were moved to the back Folds down completely flat for small vehicle. The front black bar easily removes with the push button to make it even a lower profile . The right handle had some cosmetic wear but it hasn't been taped with good durable T-Rex tape.
