Our nanny prefers to cook the old fashioned way, and unfortunately I couldn't convince her to use this food maker. I used it once to show our nanny how it works. Bought through Amazon, $203+tax=229, asking $155. Comes with original box and a book with recipe ideas for delicious purees.
